Athlete Programming

The first step in programming is getting to know you and your goals. We will start with a brief consultation so I can can understand what motivates you. I will inquire about your health history, your gym experience, and goals. It is important to get to know you so we can decide the best steps forward and identify what service can be the most valuable to you.

All services are conducted virtually.

If you live in the Philadelphia area, I would be happy to discuss connecting in person.

Custom Program

  • One-time training plan delivered through Google Sheets (one-time payment)

    • 4-week block ($30)

    • 8-week block ($55)

    • 12-week block ($75)

  • This is ideal for athletes who want a self-guided program but need expert design

  • No commitment to ongoing coaching

Endurance Athlete Coaching: Train Smarter, Race Stronger

  • ​Customized programs for swimmers, bikers, and/or runners through TrainingPeaks.​

    • Tier 1: $100/month — Personalized weekly training plans, weekly video calls, in-depth performance tracking through TrainingPeaks, nutrition advice, and email/text support

    • Tier 2: $125/month — Full coaching including personalized weekly plans in TrainingPeaks, unlimited communication (phone, video calls, email), race strategy sessions, mental coaching, and comprehensive nutrition guidance

Strength, Health, and Wellness Coaching

  • Strength, health, and wellness programs to build a strong foundation for life.​

    • Tier 1: $100/month — Personalized training plans delivered through Google Sheets tailored to your goals, delivered weekly with adjustments provided to keep you progressing. Includes unlimited communication (phone, video calls, email). Ideal for athletes looking for peak performance who want consistent guidance, accountability, and hands-on support
